Farm Fresh Eggs
Our hens live and travel in their "Chicken Hilton," as we call it. A mobile laying coup with nice accommodations. Each chicken can come and go as they please within their portable fenced yard. (about 60 sq. ft. per chicken) They are not debeaked like most commercial layers, and they have acres of land to scratch and peck.
Our eggs differ from supermarket eggs, both in flavor and nutrition. Tests done on eggs raised on open pasture have shown to contain half the cholesterol, and have much higher levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, as well as a number of important micronutrients. Red Dog Ranch eggs are laid the week you buy them. They stand up high when you break them, have a beautifully bright orange yolk, tender whites, and a rich taste.

Please Note: If using Fresh Eggs for 'hard boiled eggs,' add a bit of vinegar or a tablespoon of salt to your water. This will prevent the whites from sticking to the shell. And, keep you water just under boiling!
